1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nirvana Wellness ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Platform.

2. Description of Service

Nirvana Wellness provides an online platform connecting students with certified yoga therapy mentors for personalized 1:1 therapeutic yoga sessions. The Platform facilitates:

• Booking and scheduling of yoga therapy sessions
• Video conferencing for online sessions
• Progress tracking and reporting
• Payment processing for session packages
• Communication between students and mentors

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Health Disclaimer

Important: The yoga therapy services provided through Nirvana Wellness are intended for wellness and therapeutic purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult with your physician before starting any new exercise or therapy program
• Inform your mentor of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations
• Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort and notify your mentor
• We are not liable for any injury or health issue arising from participation in yoga therapy sessions

5. Session Packages and Payments

All session packages are prepaid. Payment terms include:

• Packages have validity periods as specified at purchase
• Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before will count as a used session
• No-shows will be marked as completed sessions
• Mentors may reschedule with 24 hours notice

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not share account credentials with others
• Not record sessions without explicit consent
• Maintain appropriate attire and environment during video sessions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nirvana Wellness and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirvana Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
